Company History

David and Marla Schopler moved from Dayton, Ohio to Charlotte, North Carolina in the summer of 1995 with the intention of starting a graphics company. Dave began his career as an accountant, but he desired a change and always had a strong interest in graphics. Marla had a successful career in advertising and marketing with experience in all realms of advertising media. They combined their strengths and began their new venture in the University Area of Charlotte. In 2003, GraphiCal expanded into a larger facility in Locust, NC to allow for the addition of staff and fabrication equipment. GraphiCal now offers their products and services nationwide. GraphiCal continues to grow, departmentalize, and create new divisions with specialized personnel. The company employs highly trained designers, fabricators, and installers with over 40 years of combined experience in each of these fields. This experience and education provides the company with vast expertise in the products and services they offer.

Emmy help manage the office day to day needs, and run the purchasing departments making all company purchases. She also review and schedule all of the incoming jobs ensuring that all the jobs are accurate as well as getting all pieces and parts to each department and assist in HR issues or requests.
